Delivery and Collection

This page explains how payment, delivery and collection work at DelTrix Technology.

Payment first

We process your order once payment has been received in our account. Pay by EFT using the bank details shown at checkout, and use your order number as the payment reference. After your payment is confirmed, we order your items and arrange delivery or collection.

Digital licence keys: same day delivery

Licence keys are delivered by email the same day your payment is confirmed, as long as it is confirmed during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM). Payments confirmed after business hours are processed the next business morning. Nothing is shipped, so there is no delivery charge on digital products.

Physical products

Lead time is 1 to 3 business days after payment is received, depending on stock availability and other factors.

Delivery

Delivery within South Africa is a flat rate of R99 per order. This applies to physical products only.

Collection

Collection from DelTrix Technology is free. We will contact you to arrange a time once your order is ready.
