2. Information we collect

Contact and delivery details: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery address.
Order details: the products you order, order history, invoices, and any notes you add to an order.
Payment information: proof of payment for EFT payments and, if we offer card payments, the status of those payments. Card payments are processed by our payment provider and we do not see or store your full card details.
Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or through the website.
Technical information: your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
Marketing preferences: whether you have chosen to receive emails from us.

3. How we use your information

To process your order, which includes confirming payment, ordering the products from our suppliers, and arranging collection or delivery.
To issue and deliver digital licence keys to you by email.
To provide support, quotes, setup and deployment services.
To send invoices and keep the financial and tax records we are required by law to keep.
To prevent fraud and protect the security of our website and business.
To improve our website and shop.
To send you news and offers, but only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties we need to, and only what is needed:

Suppliers and distributors, so we can order and supply the products you bought.
Couriers and delivery partners, where we deliver to you.
Payment providers, such as Yoco for card payments, and our bank for EFT payments.
Service providers that help us run our website, email, hosting, security and analytics.
Software vendors, where a licence must be registered or activated.
Authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make the shop work, to remember your cart, and to understand how the site is used. You can manage cookies through the cookie notice on our website or in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the shop from working.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business, tax and financial records. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Security and transfers outside South Africa

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Some of our service providers may store or process information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take steps to make sure your information is protected.

Under POPIA you have the right to:

ask whether we hold personal information about you and ask for a copy;
ask us to correct or delete personal information that is inaccurate, outdated or no longer needed;
object to the processing of your information, including for direct marketing;
withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (www.inforegulator.org.za).

Our website and shop are not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
