Free remote activation help
Every Windows Server licence from DelTrix Technology comes with free remote help to activate your licence. Once your payment is confirmed and your key has been delivered, contact us and we will arrange a time to connect remotely and help you activate it. There is no extra charge for this.
Server installation, configuration and migration are bigger jobs and are quoted separately. Ask us for a quote. Assistance is provided remotely during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM), needs a working internet connection, and is subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Good to know
- Digital licence key for the exact edition and platform shown above, delivered by email the same day (see delivery times below), with nothing to ship
- An internet connection is required to download, install and activate
- Client Access Licences (CALs) are required for users or devices that connect and are not included
- Microsoft ended extended support for Windows Server 2012 on 10 October 2023, so it no longer receives security updates
- Payment is by EFT. Your key is emailed the same day your payment is confirmed, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM). Payments confirmed after hours are processed the next business morning
- Licence keys are not refundable once issued, as set out in our Terms and Conditions
