Get a real person to call when your computer, email or software gives you trouble. DelTrix Technology provides friendly remote IT support to businesses and home offices across Gauteng and the Vaal Triangle. You pay R450 per user per month, and you can stop at any time.
What you get
- Remote support for everyday computer problems, by phone or email during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM)
- Help with Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
- Virus and malware clean-up, and help keeping your computer secure
- Help with email, printer, Wi-Fi and software setup
- Month to month, with no long-term contract
How it works
- Choose how many users you need and pay your first month by EFT
- We confirm your payment and contact you to set you up
- Each month we email you an invoice, which you pay by EFT
- Cancel any time before your next monthly invoice is due
Good to know
- One user means one person who is supported. Choose the quantity at checkout to match the number of users
- Support is remote. On-site visits, hardware repairs and larger projects are quoted separately
- Billing is by monthly EFT invoice. There is no automatic card debit
- No VAT is charged
