- We need your written permission before we check anything. We email you a short authorisation form after you order.
- We use read-only access. Please never send passwords by email or message.

Questions
What is the difference between the Quick Check and the Security Check-Up?
The Quick Check looks at your email and Microsoft 365 only and gives a one-page summary. The Security Check-Up also reviews your computers, network, backups and passwords, and gives a full report with a ranked list of fixes and a walkthrough call.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. For Microsoft 365 we ask you to create a temporary read-only account for us. We never ask for passwords by email or message.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before we start and you get a full refund. Once you have given us access and work has started, the fee is not refundable.
Do you use Google Workspace instead of Microsoft 365?
Contact us first. We can check email security records, but the account review is built around Microsoft 365.
