Thank you for ordering a Security Check-Up or Quick Check. Before we check anything, we need your written permission and a few details. Reply to our email, or email support@deltrixtech.co.za, with the two parts below.
Part 1: Your permission
Copy this into your email, fill in the gaps, and send it to us. A reply from the email address on your order counts as your signature.
I, [full name], on behalf of [business name], confirm that I am authorised to give this permission. I authorise DelTrix Technology to carry out a security check of the systems listed in Part 2. The check will use read-only access and gentle, non-intrusive scans. It will not exploit weaknesses, copy business data, or disrupt our services. I understand that the check is a point-in-time review and does not guarantee that we will never be attacked, that it is not a penetration test, and that DelTrix Technology will keep our information confidential. I confirm that the systems listed are owned by our business, or that I have permission from their owner. I may withdraw this permission at any time by email.
Part 2: Your details
- Business name and your full name
- Your website and email domain names, for example yourbusiness.co.za
- How many people use computers or email in your business
- Do you use Microsoft 365? If yes, which plan, if you know it
- Your office internet provider, and the name of your router or Wi-Fi equipment if you know it
- How you back up your files today, if you do
- The one thing that worries you most about your IT security
Giving us read-only access to Microsoft 365
You do not need to share your own password. Ask whoever manages your Microsoft 365 to create a temporary user for us and give it the built-in Global Reader role, which can look but not change anything. Send us the sign-in details by phone or in a separate message, not in the same email as your permission. We will remove access when the check is done, and you can delete the user yourself at any time. If you would like us to guide you, call us and we will do it together.

We run the check. A Quick Check takes 2 business days and a full Check-Up 5 business days.
You get your report
You receive your report and, for the full Check-Up, a 30-minute call to walk through it.
