Free remote installation and setup
Every Office licence from DelTrix Technology comes with free installation and setup help. Once your payment is confirmed and your key has been delivered, contact us and we will arrange a time to connect to your computer remotely and help you install, activate and set up Office. There is no extra charge.
Assistance is provided remotely during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM) and needs a working internet connection. Remote access is subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Good to know
- Digital licence key for the exact edition and platform shown above, delivered by email the same day (see delivery times below), with nothing to ship
- An internet connection is required to download, install and activate
- One year subscription for business use
- Setup and user configuration are handled in the Microsoft 365 admin centre. DelTrix Technology can help with deployment
- Payment is by EFT. Your key is emailed the same day your payment is confirmed, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM). Payments confirmed after hours are processed the next business morning
- Licence keys are not refundable once issued, as set out in our Terms and Conditions
