What is included
- A full scan and removal of viruses, malware, adware and unwanted programs
- Clean-up of browser hijacks, pop-ups and suspicious startup items
- A check of your antivirus, Windows updates and security settings
- Advice on anything that needs your attention, such as passwords to change
Good to know
- Done remotely during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM). You need a working internet connection, and remote access is subject to our Terms and Conditions
- Price is per PC. If an infection cannot be cleaned safely, we will tell you and quote for a Windows reinstall before doing anything else
- We recommend antivirus protection afterwards. See our Avast, AVG and McAfee licences
