Free remote activation help
Every licence from DelTrix Technology comes with free remote help to activate it. Once your payment is confirmed and your key has been delivered, contact us and we will arrange a time to connect remotely and help you activate it. There is no extra charge for this.
Server installation, configuration and migration are bigger jobs and are quoted separately. Ask us for a quote. Assistance is provided remotely during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM), needs a working internet connection, and is subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Good to know
- Digital licence key delivered by email, with nothing to ship
- A Device CAL licenses one device, which can then be used by any number of users.
- Remote Desktop Services CALs are needed in addition to the standard Windows Server CALs
- Payment is by EFT. Your key is emailed the same day your payment is confirmed, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM). Payments confirmed after hours are processed the next business morning
- Licence keys are not refundable once issued, as set out in our Terms and Conditions
- An internet connection is required to download and activate
- Microsoft extended support for Windows Server 2025 runs until 14 November 2034
